General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the qd999 website accessible at qd999.club and any related mobile or web application (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and qd999 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements — whether written or oral — between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

Interpretation

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the qd999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on qd999. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

Geographic Restrictions

qd999 is a platform designed for and primarily marketed to players in Bangladesh. We do not proactively accept registrations from jurisdictions where we know online gambling to be entirely prohibited. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of qd999 services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gameplay — you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false information at any stage of registration or subsequent verification is grounds for immediate account termination.

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at a minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a chosen username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your qd999 account balance in real time, subject to payment provider processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by qd999, although your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction limits. qd999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are beyond qd999's control.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("return to source" policy), unless an exception is specifically approved by the qd999 finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 24 hours; mobile wallet payouts (bKash, Nagad) are typically completed within 2 hours of approval.

qd999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide requested documents within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. qd999 will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee, where applicable, will not reduce your balance below zero. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in — no fee is charged on reactivation.

Bonuses & Promotions

qd999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific welcome offer terms in force at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new registrations only — one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by qd999 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. qd999 commits to publishing wagering requirements in plain language — for example, "20x wagering on bonus amount" — without obscuring this information in fine print.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period of the bonus.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded game categories do not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Abuse

qd999 monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to clear requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and exploitation of technical errors or unintended bonus combinations. Confirmed cases of bonus abuse result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on qd999, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an account.
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or software not expressly approved by qd999.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical glitches to gain credits, free spins, or other benefits not legitimately earned.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the Platform to launder money in any form.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed funds.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, power outage, or software malfunction — that interrupts a game or bet in progress, qd999 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is possible, the game will be completed from the point of interruption. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. qd999 does not accept liability for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Account Suspension & Closure

qd999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Confirmed underage gambling — account operated by a person under 18 years of age.
• Player request — including voluntary self-exclusion or account closure on request.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 24 months without any login.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted before the closure order will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided no breach of these Terms is associated with those funds. Bonus balances and free spin allocations are forfeited upon closure. Where closure results from a confirmed breach of Terms, qd999 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting qd999 support via live chat or email.
